BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: Part of block I, Subdivision of a Part of the Northeast and Southeast Quarters of Section 11, Township 6 North, or 2 South, Range 3, West of the Basis Line, Ocoee District, as shown by plat of record in deed book T, volume 27, page 621, ROHC; being part of the property described in deed book 4114, page 660, ROHC. Said part of block begins on the northeast line of Igou Gap Road 1589.82 feet southeast of the intersection of the northeast line of Igou Gap Road with the southeast line of Denton Lane, thence northeasat 559 feet to the R-4 zoning line, thence southesat 300 feet with said zoning line, and parallel to Igou Gap Road, thence southwest 559 feet to the northeast line of Igou Gap Road, thence northwest 300 feet with Igou Gap Road to the point of beginning.
